Returns

You have the right to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product. If you wish to return an item, please ensure that:

• The product is in its original condition
• The product has not been used
• The product is in its original packaging

Return Procedure

If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service at info@vapemaster.ch. Please mention your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you further through the return process.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the return is approved, a refund will be processed automatically, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
