Return policy

We at Vapemaster.ch strive to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy to make your experience with us as pleasant as possible.

General terms and conditions for returns:

1. Refunds: We offer a full refund for products that are returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the products are unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
2. Replacements: For damaged or defective products, we offer a replacement at no additional cost to the customer, provided that the defect is clearly caused by manufacturing errors and not by misuse or abuse of the product.
3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned products, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. In that case, Vapemaster.ch will be responsible for the return shipping.
4. Procedure: To return a product, please contact our customer service at info@vapemaster.ch indicating your order number and the reason for return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.
   Exceptions:
5. Health and hygiene products, such as liquids and e-cigarettes, can only be returned if they are unopened and unused.
6. Custom-made products or products with custom engravings cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
